WHEATON, MD — Travesty, Ltd., the semi-renowned
humor collective, is proudly unashamed to announce
the re-release of their treasured, acclaimed album
TEEN COMEDY PARTY in the soon-to-be-abandoned
compact disc format.
TEEN COMEDY PARTY 2000 contains nearly all the
vinyl hilarity of the original '80s disc, now
digitized and expanded to 40 classic tracks.
Included is the Dr. Demento hit,
"Rock & Roll Doctor," as well as many
brand-new old favorites, like the much-
bootlegged "Dwayne Stomp PSA," the
tear-jerking country tune
"Savin' My Heart for Parts," and several
episodes of the "Love Talk Radio" series,
featuring know-nothing authority Dr. Adonis.
The New York Times called TEEN COMEDY PARTY
"a truly funny recording." The Boston Globe,
Chicago Tribune, and Washington Post agreed,
using words like "hilarious," "frequently
hilarious," and "a rare winner." Travesty
was featured in People magazine, on the
Dick Cavett radio show, and performed with

Out-of-print copies of the original album
sell on the Internet for as much as $45—more
than twice the price of many name-brand comedy
records. In making the timeless routines
